      <image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>My philosophy and mission is to provide affordable yoga therapy and create an accessible and safe yoga practice for each individual client. Group classes are gentle and accessible to all students and those over 50 who want to stay mobile , vibrant and strong. The Asana (active part) of your practice will assist in keeping your muscles and joints strong, supple, and fluid. It will also help prevent bone loss. The carefully prepared Savasana (resting poses) will boost your immune system and lower your cortisol levels. This will help you sleep better at night, and be calmer during the day. I can also provide you with aromatherapy, which assists your body in keeping you healthy and vibrant. Customized blends of natural essential oils applied regularly can provide both physical and emotional support.</image:caption>
